Choreography Time Guide

The lesson durations below are recommendations based on my coaching experience. While many routines can be completed within these timeframes, every athlete learns at a different pace, and the time required will vary depending on the complexity of the routine, your current skill level, and your individual goals.

Recommended Lesson Lengths

Individual Events (Solo, Two Baton, Three Baton, Artistic Twirl, Solo Dance, and Medley): Recommended booking: 60–90 minutes

Freestyle, Pair & Duet: Recommended booking: 90–120 minutes

Please Note

These recommendations are intended to help you select the lesson length that best fits your goals. Some choreography or routine changes may be completed more quickly, while more complex routines may require additional sessions.

My priority is always to make the most of the time you book, and I will do my best to accomplish as much as possible during each lesson.
