Choreography Time Guide
The lesson durations below are recommendations based on my coaching experience. While many routines can be completed within these timeframes, every athlete learns at a different pace, and the time required will vary depending on the complexity of the routine, your current skill level, and your individual goals.
Recommended Lesson Lengths
Individual Events (Solo, Two Baton, Three Baton, Artistic Twirl, Solo Dance, and Medley): Recommended booking: 60–90 minutes
Freestyle, Pair & Duet: Recommended booking: 90–120 minutes
